Our EEP, with ample stress on behavioural and attitudinal skills, enhances the students’ employability and self-confidence markedly. The skill development sessions, conducted by experienced and highly competent CASS Faculty Members, will deal with topics such as Positive thinking, Self-management skills, Stress management skills, Transactional Analysis, Motivation, Role identification/Role play, paving the way for the development of soft skill capabilities like, self-confidence, self-esteem, crisis management, leadership skills, decision making capacity, team work, commitment to job and the Society etc.
The success of this programme, no doubt, depends to a very good extent on the valuable initiative and cooperation of the College Principals, which we do seek to have for organizing this programme at their respective colleges.
